Special rate for long renting (construction sites, societies trying to live of the personnel provisionally, long tourist stays, jobs in your home, wait or research of accommodation after mutation...)

The Community of Commons of Jarnac instituted a local tax from year 2009. For La Ferme des Iris, 3 stars classification, the tax is 0,75 euros per night and per adult upper 16 years.
= In 2009 we will ask you for the regulations of this tax at arrival in the gîte with the balance of the price of the renting.

Arrival : the Saturday after 4 PM and departure: the Saturday before 11 AM
